This website is operated by THESOONG. By visiting thesoong.cn or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy, Return, and Shipping Policies linked on the site. Do not use the site if you do not agree.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction or use the site with the consent of a legal guardian. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity and must provide accurate, complete, and current order information.

Product information

We work to display colors, sizing, materials, prices, and images accurately, but displays can vary between devices. Hand measurements may have reasonable variations. Review the product page and sizing information before purchase and contact us with questions.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Shipping, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges are displayed at checkout or assessed by authorities at the destination. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and the third-party payment providers shown at checkout. THESOONG does not store complete payment-card details.

Order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order because of inventory, pricing or listing errors, payment risk, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or legal requirements. Amounts already collected will be returned to the original payment method.

Inventory, pre-orders, and production items

Some items may remain available when on-hand inventory is insufficient and then enter restocking or production. The estimated dispatch time shown on the product page, order notice, or Shipping Policy applies. If a material delay occurs, we will notify you where reasonably possible and provide the options required by applicable law.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Shipping Policy and Return Policy published on this site. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The brands, trademarks, text, images, designs, graphics, and other site content belong to THESOONG or their respective rights holders. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Prohibited use

You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activity; transmit malicious code; scrape data; interfere with security; or bypass access restrictions. We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe misuse has occurred.

Third-party services

The site may use or link to Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other third parties. Their own terms and policies apply. We are not responsible for content on third-party sites outside THESOONG's control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THESOONG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without limiting mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your place of residence. The parties should first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion.

We may update these Terms and publish a revised “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
