Product details

Fabric and materials: The shell, lining, and down-proof inner layers are all made from 100% high-density nylon fabric with a tightly woven construction that effectively prevents goose down from escaping. The fabric also offers a degree of resistance to rain and snow, helping keep moisture from penetrating in light rain or snow. Selected areas are filled with 100% polyester fiber, while the main fill is white goose down from the Dabie Mountains in western Anhui. Down fill weight is precisely calibrated by size: 36—81.4G, 38—88.6G, 40—92.3G, 42—97.2G. The large down clusters offer excellent loft, lightweight warmth without pressure, and effective heat retention—without unnecessary bulk or heaviness. Production is carried out using multiple specialized sewing machines at different stages: computerized lockstitch machines complete the basic stitching of cut panels and pocket patches; compartment quilting machines separately sew the outer and inner shells to create down chambers; fully automatic weighing and filling machines provide precise fill quantities for both shells; and DY heavy-duty sewing machines handle waterproof zippers and the layered construction of the double-shell design, improving uneven feeding and fabric twisting when sewing materials of different thicknesses.
